When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped within the United States from our warehouse. Orders typically arrive within up to 1 week from dispatch, although many orders arrive sooner.
We kindly ask that you allow this time before contacting us.
We offer a Money Back Guarantee if your item has not arrived within 14 business days from dispatch.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent. Please check your SPAM/Junk folder in case it ends up there.
If you cannot find your dispatch email or believe you may have deleted it, please contact us at hello@prestnails.com, and we can provide real-time information on your order status.
My item arrived broken or damaged—what can I do?
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and send them to hello@prestnails.com.
We are not responsible for damage to boxes, cases, or other packaging. We always ensure that the product itself is well protected. However, the carrier is responsible for handling packages with care, and we do not have control over this.
I need to cancel or change my order—how do I do this?
We always try our best to cancel orders; however, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you still wish to cancel for a refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
My order is still not here—please help
First, please don’t worry—your order is on its way. If your order has taken longer than 2 weeks from dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
We kindly ask that you allow this time before reaching out. If your order exceeds this timeframe, we will either resend it or honor our Money Back Guarantee.
I entered the wrong address—can I change it?
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can update the address.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make changes.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
There is a good chance that our email has landed in your SPAM/Junk folder, so please check there.
If you still cannot find it and would like it resent, please let us know.
Why was I charged more than the advertised price?
All of our products are processed in USD. If you see any additional charges on your bank statement, they are likely due to your bank’s currency conversion or processing fees, not from us.
I don’t have a tracking number—when will I receive it?
Once you receive your dispatch email, you can contact us at hello@prestnails.com if your tracking number is not included.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
