Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. Any items that have been opened or used will not be eligible for a return.

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, you may request either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. To process your request, please email hello@prestnails.com with your order number and include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@prestnails.com. We are able to cancel orders only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

If you need to modify your order (such as changing items, shipping details, or quantities), please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@prestnails.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes as long as your order has not already been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
